Well in Asian countries some recipes are more famous which can be prepare of beef. And today we are going to prepare beef chapli kabab. You must have heard about this recipe. Am I right? So for making this recipe you need to follow each and every step. Otherwise, you will fail to cook delicious recipe.

Ingredients for chapli kabab recipe

  • Oil
  • Coriander seeds 2 tsp
  • Cumin seed 2 tsp
  • Red pepper powder 2 ½ tsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tsp
  • Onions 2 medium
  • Green chili 5 – 6
  • Pomegranate seed 2 tsp
  • Beef keema 1 kg
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Gram flour 2 tsp

Making spice for beef chapli kabab

For making a famous and delicious kabab first, we will take a pan and add oil, heat the oil at medium flame. Now we will add ingredients according to the given above. First, we will add 2 tsp coriander seeds and cumin seeds 2 tsp. Then we will fry them, but make sure to roast them dry as it smells very good while frying. So now we will put it in a plate. Now we will put 2 ½   tsp red pepper in the pan. Don’t use oil for making spice. We will fry them dry. After frying red pepper, we put this on a plate.

Now we will take a grinder and put spices in it. Grind these spices but don’t grind them too much just grind them that the spice remains rough. After making spice we place them on another plate. So now the spice of beef Chapli Kabab is ready to use.

Next, we will take a chopper put 2 tsp coriander leaves, two medium-size onions cut them freely, green chili 5 – 6 cut them into pieces, pomegranate seeds 2 tsp add all of this in the chopper. Now we will add 1 kg beef keema and beef chapli kabab masala which we have made. We have to grind all of this altogether. Then we put it on a plate with the help of a spoon.

Now add another spice first, add 1 tsp salt and gram flour. Mix them properly. Place this in a fridge for half an hour. After some time take approximately 3 tsp of mixture in our hand put it in the center of the palm, roll it and make a ball then press it firmly.

Frying beef chapli kabab

So, take a frying pan and put some oil then, heat the oil over a medium flame. Then put beef kabab one by one. Shallow fry them in oil till. When one side is brown turn it to the other side. Fry it approximately for ten to twenty minutes. So now your delicious chapli kabab is ready.
