                                   Hello, everyone, I hope you are doing good. Some of our readers send us messages, and they want the delicious recipe for winters. So today we have decided to prepare the most delicious recipe of winter, which is beef kabab. Do you want to try beef kabab? The recipe is famous for winters and can prepare quickly with the help of mince. So take the necessary ingredients and start preparing.

Ingredients for Beef kabab

  • Onion 1 medium size
  • Garlic 7 to 9
  • Ginger 2 inch
  • Green chilli 6 to 8
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Mint leaves 2 tsp
  • Beef/ mutton mice 1 kg
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Crushed red chilli 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander seeds 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder half tsp
  • Whole spice powder 1 tsp
  • Kabab masala 2 tsp
  • Oil 2 tsp

How to make beef kabab?

Chop all the vegetables

                                             So now when the ingredients are ready, why not to start with the first step which is to chop all the vegetables. Take one medium size onion and cut in medium size pieces and put in the grinder. Put seven pieces of garlic, 2-inch ginger, 6 to 8 green chillies, 2 tsp coriander leaves and 2 tsp mint leaves in the chopper and chop it for at least 5 minutes.

Now when the vegetables are chopped take one kg beef/mutton mince and put in the chopper and chop the mince with the chopped vegetables. After that, the mince will be mixed with vegetables.

Add spices with mince

                                             After mixing the mince with vegetables now add some spice before cooking the beef kabab. So, put one tsp salt or as needed, one tsp crushed red chilli, one tsp red chilli powder, one tsp coriander seeds, two tsp cumin seeds, half tsp turmeric powder, one tsp whole spice powder and two tsp kabab masala. Now start the chopper and chop all the spices with mince for 5 minutes.

So, you can see your beef kabab masala is well marinated. If spices are not still mixed, then mix it with hands and Leave the beef kabab masala for about 30 minutes.

Fry the beef kabab

                                       Now when the masala is ready, and you have given enough rest its time to fry the beef kabab. So Take the masala in your hand and make small balls and adjust the shape. You have to make the exact shape you can see in the picture below.

Now take the Tawa and turn on the medium heat. As we are not going to do deep fry, that’s why take two tsp oil because we are doing shadow fry. So put the kabab one by one on the Tawa and start frying it. Fry it for at least eight minutes on medium flame and then change the sides of the kabab and again fry it.
