We all love to eat some sweet dish after launch or dinner which is also healthy. But as women, it’s quite complicated to think about what to make. Are you facing the same issue? I am sure you never tasted this sweet dish but today is the day to prepare as well as to taste. So, take the ingredients and follow the instruction.

Ingredients for Carrot jam Recipe

  • Carrot half kg
  • Water 2 glass
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Green cardamom 4 to 6
  • Cinnamon 2 sticks
  • Salt half tsp
  • Lemon juice 3

Preparing Carrot Murabba Recipe

For making Carrot Murabba Recipe we will use carrots which cooked in sugar with a few more ingredients. So, we will take half kg carrots but make sure to take the medium-size carrot. Peel and then chop the carrots and cut them into your own choice but first, I will give you a tip. Make a hole in carrots with a fork spoon, so that the carrot is well cooked and the sheer that we will make, can be mixed easily. Use a large fork so the holes are deeper and sheer will absorb perfectly.

Making sheer

First, take a pot or deep pan and add 2 glasses of water. As we are making it for half kg carrots So that’s why we will take 2 glasses of water. Cook this on medium flame. Now add 1 cup of sugar then mix it. Melt the sugar at medium flame and then add green cardamom 4 to 6, cinnamon 2 sticks, salt half tsp, and lemon juice 3 tsp. Lemon is very useful so don’t skip it. Now add carrot to a pan or pot. Cover the pan and cook for 10 minutes, after 10 minutes check it. So the amount of water has almost halved. We have to make sheer thick so it is not ready yet now again cover the pan and cook for 20 minutes.
