We have brought a very amazing and delicious recipe for you which is a chicken pickle recipe. I am sure you must be tried the chicken recipes but not the chicken pickle, right? So, take the mentioned ingredients and follow the instructions.

Ingredients for a chicken pickle recipe 

  • Chicken 1 kg
  • Onion 2medium
  • Tomato 2 medium
  • Green chili 5to 6
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Oil half cup
  • mango powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin seed 1 tsp
  • Black seed 1 tsp
  • Mustard seed 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek seed 1 tsp
  • fennel seed 2 tsp
  • Coriander seeds 2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red chili 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili crushed 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Whole spice powder 1/2 tsp

How to make chicken pickle recipe

Fry the chicken pieces 

The recipe is not complicated even you have to fry the chicken pieces like we usually do. So, heat up half a cup of oil in the frying pan and then take 2 medium size onion and cut it properly. Now put it in the frying pan and start frying it. When the onion color starts changing then put 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and fry it with onions.

Well, make sure to fry it on medium flame. Now put 1 kg chicken in the pan and fry it. Mix the chicken continuously while frying it. Fry it until it changes the color to brown the put very small pieces of 2 medium size tomato in the pan and fry it with chicken.

Prepare the Masala 

For making pickle chicken recipe we need to prepare the spices which help to make good taste. So, take a bowl and put fennel seeds 2 tsp, coriander seeds tsp, Mango powder1 tsp, fenugreek seeds 1 tsp, and cumin seeds 1 tsp. Now grind all the ingredients. Now when the ingredients are in powder shape add one tsp black seed and 1 tsp mustard seeds. Mix them with powder.

Add spices to the chicken 

While you preparing the masala, your chicken will be fried with tomato but to make it more interesting you have to put some spices in the frying pan. So, add 1 tsp crushed red chili, half tsp red chili powder, Salt 1 tsp, turmeric powder 1 tsp, and then put 3 tsp masala which we have prepared.

Now start cooking it again. Add some water and cook it for at least 20 minutes. Also, use a wooden spoon to mix the chicken while cooking. Also, Fill the green chilies with the remaining masala and use it later.

After 20 minutes when the chicken is almost ready put the green chilies in the Pan and mix them with the chicken. So now your chicken pickle recipe is ready.
