In the previous recipe we had prepare the mutton liver simply but today we will prepare it on tawa which more famous than other. I am sure you may haven’t eaten before but let’s try it before. So take the ingredients and follow the instructions.
Ingredients for Mutton liver On Tawa recipe
- Mutton/ beef liver half kg
- Cumin seeds half tsp
- Coriander half tsp
- Black pepper half tsp
- Chat masala 1 tsp
- Crushed red chilli ½ tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Green chilli paste 1 tsp
- Lemon 3 tsp
- Oil 3 tsp
How to make Mutton liver On Tawa recipe
Marinate the Mutton liver
Like other recipes we will also marinate this recipe before frying. So, take half kg mutton liver and wash it properly then cut it into cube shape. Now take a bowl and put the liver in it. For margination we will use some spices. So put half tsp cumin seeds, half tsp coriander, half tsp black pepper, ginger garlic paste1 tsp, green chilli paste 1 tsp and 1 tsp chat masala for better taste. Also put 3 tsp lemon juice
Mix all the spices with liver with the help of hand and marinate it properly and then leave it for some time.
Fry the liver
After marinating the liver now, we have to fry it on tawa. So, take the tawa and put about 3 tsp oil then put all the liver pieces on the tawa. Turn on the heat and start frying it on tawa. After 5 minutes of frying it may start releasing some water. So cook it in same water and when you observe one side is fried then turn the side. It will take about 20 minutes also don’t forget to put some salt while frying.
