In winter, women love to cook, and today we are going to teach you a delicious Asian recipe that people make most of the time in drizzling. The recipe is Potato Pizza recipe. I hope you must have eaten the naan but not Potato Pizza recipe, right? So how to make Potato Pizza recipe? Take the mentioned ingredients and follow the step by step process.

Ingredients for Potato Pizza Recipe

  • All-purpose flour (half kg)
  • Sugar 1 Tbs
  • Salt 1 tsp or to taste
  • Baking powder 1/2 tbs
  • Milk 4 tbs
  • Yogurt 1cup
  • Oil 3tsp
  • ginger garlic paste half tsp
  • cumin seed half tsp
  • onion 2medium
  • salt half tsp
  • green chilli 2
  • red chilli half tsp
  • turmeric powder1/4 tsp
  • black pepper half tsp
  • boiled potato half kg

How to make Potato Pizza ?

Prepare the dough

                                       To make the Potato Pizza recipe, the first thing you need to do is prepare the dough for naan. For that, take 2 cups of All-purpose flour in the bowl and put one tsp sugar, one tsp salt, Baking soda ½ tsp. Now mix the ingredients, put one cup of yogurt in the bowl, and mix all the ingredients with yogurt. While kneading the dough, use three tsp oil and one small cup of milk. Properly knead it for at least 10 minutes, and then apply some oil. Cover the dough and leave it for 2 hours.

Prepare the filling for the Potato Pizza recipe

                                                                         Obviously, we will add some delicious things to the naan, so let’s prepare the filling. Take the frying pan and put 3 tsp oil. Then put one half tsp ginger garlic paste and fry it. Also, put half tsp cumin seeds and fry it with ginger garlic paste.

Take two medium-size onion and cut it into small pieces, then put in the pan and cook it. Now add some spices, so put half tsp salt, cut two green chilies,  half tsp crushed red chili, ¼ tsp turmeric powder, and half tsp black pepper powder. Mix all these spices with onion.

Now take half kg of potatoes and then boil it. So put half kg of boiled potatoes in the pan and mix it. Let the filling cool.

Make the ball of filling

                                               When the filling and dough get ready, then take the dough and make the ball. Make it thin with the help of a roller, and then put the filling in the middle. Roll all the corner and close the dough and again make the ball. Make it like bread shape. Now apply some oil and also apply sesame seeds if you have. Start cooking it on the slow flame on tawa. After cooking for 7 to 8 minutes, change the size.
