So as we know you are enjoying winter with some special recipe that’s why we are back with a new winter recipe which is the most famous sweet dish in Asia. As in winter, we love to eat hot foods but some winter sweet dishes are also famous and we thought why not to try it today. Did you ever try halwa in winter? Well in winter after launch or dinner a sweet and steaming halwa has a different class. So today we have brought a unique recipe which is the Makhandi halwa recipe. But the question is how to make it? First, you have to take all the mentioned ingredients and then follow the step-by-step process.

Ingredients for Easy Makhandi Halwa

  • Oil
  • Almond
  • Coconut
  • Dried dates
  • Cardamom seeds 1 tsp
  • Ayurvedic Sugar 1 cup
  • Semolina one cup
  • Milk 2 glass
  • Oil
  • Dry fruits

How to make Makhandi halwa?

Fry the dry fruits.

                                     After taking these ingredients let’s start preparing the Makhandi Halwa. Keep in mind while preparing it that in this you have used a lot of oil. Because the recipe is too oily. So, some almond, coconut, and dried dates and cut into very small pieces. Now take the frying pan and put all these dry fruits and fry it. After frying put out the fried fry fruits and put 1 tsp cardamom seeds in the same oil and fry it.

Put the semolina and Milk

                                                      In the oil first put 1 cup Ayurvedic sugar and mix it properly. You can also use sugar. Remember don’t stop mixing the Ayurvedic sugar. When the Ayurvedic sugar melts properly now put one cup of oil in the pan.

So, take two cups of milk in a bowl and put one cup of semolina. Mix it and prepare the paste out of it. Now put the paste in the frying pan with Ayurvedic sugar. Now start mixing. Nonstop mixing required while preparing Makhandi Halwa. After some time put all the fried dry fruits and again start mixing. Mix the halwa for at least 15 minutes.
