Ingredients for Mutton liver recipe

  • Liver 1 kg
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Whole spice 1 tsp
  • Ginger powder 1 tsp
  • Carom seeds 1 tsp
  • Garlic powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Green chilli 4 to 6
  • Tomato 4 to 5
  • Onion 1 medium size
  •  Oil half cup

How to make a tasty liver recipe

Prepare the spice for liver recipe

For making the recipe, first, fry the liver. So, take the deep pan and put half tsp oil. Now put 1 tsp cumin seeds and fry it. Then put 1 medium size onion (cut it in cube shape). Fry the onion properly until it changes its color to light brown.

After frying the onion, you have to put 1 tsp carom seeds and mix them with onion. Add 1 tsp ginger powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, and turmeric powder. Fry all these with other spices.

In this recipe, we are not adding many spices so take 5 medium size tomatoes and cut them into small pieces then add with onion and other spices. So to cook tomatoes and other recipes you have to give it some steam. Put some water and cover it for 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes again open the pot and you will see that all the spices are mixed. Take 3 to 4 green chili and cut into small pieces then put in the spice and mix it properly.

Put Liver piece in the spice

After preparing  the spice now put one kg liver pieces in the spice. You can add the spices according to your choice. Fry it properly with the masala and then cover and cook it for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes remove the cover and put some more spices for good taste as well as smell. So put 1 tsp whole spice and cook it for some time.
