We all like cooking chicken as well as eating but today we are going to make the recipe which is quite difficult from the previous one. You may have eaten white chicken at restaurants etc but did you try to make it at home? I am sure you haven’t but today I will teach you how to make white chicken easily. You just need to follow the step by step process.

Ingredients for the white chicken recipe

  • Oil 1 cup
  • Green cardamom 3
  • Cinnamon 3 sticks
  • Mace 3
  • Clove 6 to 8
  • Black pepper half tsp
  • Black cardamom 1
  • Chicken 1 kg
  • Onion paste 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Salt
  • Cream 1 cup
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Almond chew pastes half cup
  • Green chilli
  • Coriander leaves

How to make the white chicken recipe?

Fry the chicken

While making the chicken recipe you have to fry the chicken in the oil with some spices. So take the pot and put half a cup of oil and heat up. Then put some spices like 3 green cardamoms, 3 sticks of cinnamon, 3 maces, 6 to 8 cloves, half tsp black pepper, and one black cardamom. Fry these spices in the oil and then put 1 kg oil and fry frying it on medium flame otherwise the chicken will burn.

Till now only the chicken is ready but remember we are making white chicken it means there are more processes as well. So put the paste of one medium-size onion and Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp. Now mix it with chicken and cover the pot then cook it for at least 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes open the pot and put one cup of yogurt, salt, and one cup of cream. Mix it properly and then let it cook. After some time When the chicken starts releasing the water put 1 tsp white pepper and again mix it. For better taste put a paste of almond chew. I will suggest you now skip this step. So mix this paste with chicken and cover the pot and cook it for 10 minutes.
