Ingredients for back pain laddu
- Sugar 50 gm
- Tragacanth gum 50 gm
- Almond 60 gm
- Ghee 50 gm
- Sage (Kamarkas) 30 gm
- Makhani 50 gm
- Sesame seeds 40 gm
- Flour 1 cup
- Coconut 1 cup
- Poppy seed 50 gm
How to make Back pain Laddu
Preparing the laddu
Well, making a cure for your back pain doesn’t take any time, but you need to learn how to make it. First, take a deep pan and add some desi ghee, then heat it at medium flame. If you do not have desi ghee, you can also use normal ghee or oil. Now add tragacanth gum and fry it for 5 to 10 minutes. In this recipe, we have to fry all of these ingredients in ghee, but some will be dry-fried. Please take out the tragacanth gum, add Sage (Kamarkas) in a pan, and dry-fried it. We are frying them all so that when we make the powder, it will mix well. Fry all ingredients for 5 minutes.
Process for making back pain Laddu
Now we again take desi ghee 1 tsp and put makhani 50 gm and fry for 5 minutes. Take coconut and crushed it finely, fry for 5 minutes so that it becomes crispy. When it turns brown, remove it. Soak the sesame seed in water so that the sand in it melts. Make sure to cook on low heat.
After frying, put it on a plate. Now add almond 60 gm in a pan and fry it also. Fry it without ghee for 5 minutes. Add 1 tsp ghee again and add 1 cup of flour and fry it so that its raw material disappears and its color also changes. This way you will know that it is well fried. We will again add the remaining ghee, then take sugar and grind it finely. Add sugar in ghee when the sugar melts. Now grind other ingredients, and make powder. When all the ingredients are finely grinded, then add the melted sugar and mix it properly. If you have more powder and less sugar, you can also use some milk. After mixing all this well, cool it and then give it the balls’ shape (laddu). After making laddu leave it for 2 hours, it will be hard, so then you can eat it.
