- Oil 1 cup
- Corn flour 1 cup
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Gram flour 3tsp
- Red chili 1tsp
- Boiled potatoes half kg

Fry the potatoes
For making long mashed potato sticks first take a frying pan and add one cup of oil. Now heat up the oil we are going to shadow fry the potato. For frying potato, half kg take a potato and boil it then cut them into pieces. Once the oil gets hot add some potatoes, make sure the heat of the stove is medium. Because we have to cook for a little crispy layer. Within eight minutes you will get the layer.
Making paste for fries
Take a bowl and put boiled fried potatoes then mash it with hands or some other tool. For making a soft paste smash potato well. Then add spices according to the above ingredients. If you are making for kids you can reduce the quantity of spices. First, we have to add gram flour 3 tsp then 1 cup cornflour, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp red chili, and salt for taste. After adding spices mix all the ingredients with your hands. For making soft-paste you can add two to three tsp oil.
Take a tray or any plane thing then apply some flour and put the paste with the help of hands press the stuff and make it quite thick. Then cut the paste from the sides and make it like a square shape then make some cuts on the stuff for making fries. Cut them long in size you can also cut them in your own choice you can also refrigerate the stuff for fifteen days easily. Kids surely loved fries it is good for health also. Normal fries are smaller in size but mashed potato fries are longer as compared to simple potato fries.
Frying mashed potato fries
Now it’s time to fry the potatoes so take the pan and heat up the oil for frying mashed potato fries, then put all potato sticks in the pan. We can also add some cornflour or gram for crispy fries.
