Green chillies pickle is a delicious pickle recipe that can be prepared with fresh green chilli, mustard seeds yogurt, and other hot spices. You can serve different dishes like rice and lentils etc. So do you want to prepare green chillies pickle at home? So get ready and take the essential ingredients and follow the steps

Ingredients for a green chilies pickle recipe

  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Mustard seed 1 tsp
  • Green chilli 25 gm
  • Nigella seed 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste half tsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Red chilli 1 tsp
  • Mango powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Gram flour 2 tsp
  • Yogurt 3 tsp

Preparing Green chilies pickle

So for making a delicious Green chilies recipe first we have to take a pan and add 1/4 cup of oil. Heat the oil, when oil gets hot then add 1 tsp mustard seed and fry it. The recipe can be prepared instantly so be patient. Now we will take 25 gm of green chilli and make some deep cuts on it and put green chilli in a pan and fry it well. Now we will add spices one by one according to ingredients. So add 1 tsp nigella and fry together. Then we have to add half tsp ginger/garlic paste, then add 1 tsp chat masala, 1 tsp of coriander powder, and  1 tsp red chili. Mix all the spices and fry it together then add 1 tsp mango powder, salt 1 tsp, and 2 tsp gram flour then again mix it well.

After cooking for a few minutes we will add 3 tsp yogurt. You can also add lemon or vinegar if you want. Also, you can save these green chilli pickle for one month easily.
